I suggest comparing reviews, prices, and quotes from at least 3 different companies to find the best deal for your money. You also want to hear what other customers have to say about the company because you do not want to end up with a bad moving experience due to negligence or malice of the company moving your stuff. It might also be helpful to take pictures of your items before and after moving; that way you can identify if the moving crew has broken or misplaced any of your things and can bring it up to the management without worrying about denial on their part. Another tip for moving is to not skimp out on the packing supplies department. Moving can be messy and complicated, so you want to make sure that you have the proper packing supplies to really get your crap together. You want to ensure that you are properly packing your things away in a good order so you can find them again when you need to. Packing is just as important as unpacking, so keep that in mind!
